Terms and Conditions: Communications (including SMS texting)

Copper City Law may communicate with clients in-person, or by telephone, email, mail, or text messaging. Clients can expect to receive communications from Copper City Law regarding and/or related to their legal matter and/or reminders for appointments and court dates. Copper City Law and its phone service carriers are not liable for any undelivered SMS messages, emails, mailed correspondence, and/or other communications.
COPPER CITY LAW WILL NEVER SEND MARKETING MATERIAL VIA SMS TEXT MESSAGING. Copper City Law does not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Copper City Law will not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers
For SMS text messaging from Copper City Law, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to a Client from Copper City Law and to Copper City Law from a Client. If a Client has any questions about his/her text plan or data plan, it is best for the Client to contact his/her wireless provider directly.
Message frequency may vary depending on what events are occurring in a Client’s case/matter at any given time. Most clients receive 0-10 messages per week as needed based on case activity.
Clients are opted-in to receive service-related text messages from Copper City Law upon signing a service Retainer & Fee Agreement, or by a Client sending a text message with the word “JOIN” or “SUBSCRIBE” to 406-920-9998, authorizing SMS messages, phone, email, and U.S. mail communications with Copper City Law.
A Client may send a reply of “HELP” to receive any help or assistance regarding text messaging with Copper City Law. When a client sends “HELP” the Client will receive a text including Copper City Law’s phone number (406-920-9998), email (info@coppercitylaw.com), and website (www.coppercitylaw.com) to further help.
If at any point a Client no longer wish to communicate, or receive appointment or court reminders, or receive other correspondence from Copper City Law via SMS text messaging, the Client may notify Copper City Law and/or text the Copper City Law business phone number “STOP”, “END”, “CANCEL” or “QUIT” to info@coppercitylaw.com or 406-920-9998 to opt-out of receiving any communications from Copper City Law via text message (these opt-out phrases shall only apply opting-out of texting communications and shall not apply to terminating services or representation). Upon opting out of text messaging, Copper City Law will send the Client a final SMS message to confirm that the Client has been unsubscribed and the Client will be removed from Copper City Law’s text list withing 24 hours. After this, the Client will no longer receive SMS messages from Copper City Law. If a Client wishes to reinitiate text message communications again, the Client shall notify Copper City Law in writing and Copper City Law will resume sending SMS messages to the Client again.
I understand that all information I provide to Copper City Law is confidential, subject to attorney- client privilege, and shall not be disclosed outside the parameters of what is necessary for reasonable effective representation and Copper City Law’s privacy policy.
